RETURN/REFUND POLICY OF JAPANESE AMERICAN MUSEUM OF SAN JOSE (“JAMSJ”)
Refunds: If the product you purchased is damaged or incorrect, please immediately email: firstname.lastname@example.org or call (408) 294-3138. Calls will be returned during Museum hours (Thursday through Sunday - 12 Noon – 4 PM Pacific Time
Refunds less shipping and handling will be issued for returned merchandise provided that the merchandise is in original and resalable condition and returned within 30 days of the ship date printed on your receipt.. CDs and DVDs that are not in their original, sealed packages are not eligible for refunds or exchange. Items on sale, clearance or sold “as is” are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. Special purchase items may have refund or exchange restrictions; the Museum Store must be contacted for approval prior to all purchases.
Damaged/Defective Item: Damaged or defective merchandise should be reported to us immediately. We will arrange for the return and/or replacement of items that were received.
Missing/Received Wrong Item: If your order was incomplete or if you received something that you did not order, please contact us immediately. We will make all necessary arrangements to correct your order.
Exchanges: If you would like to exchange any of the items that you ordered, you must contact us within 30 days from the ship date on your invoice (receipt). Open CDs or DVDs will not be exchanged unless defective and will be replaced by the same title only. Shipping and handling charges may be applied to any exchange of non-defective items and must be paid in full before exchanged merchandise is shipped.
